- Keep weeds down. Take 5 minutes a day to weed and you will never have a problem.
- Keep the grass cut. For a healthy yard.
- Keep tools sharp and in their place. Being organized makes for a better day in the garden.
- Feed your seeds. Be sure to give each plant the sun, water and support it needs to grow and be its best.
- Keep notes. Keep a record of what you like or dislike about each year’s garden so that you make room for improvement.
Be prepared to give a few hours a day to your garden. Walk the rows and take in what’s going on in each bed. This will keep you ahead and make your garden a happier place to be.
