This mild-flavored mustard is a southern favorite. Delicious either steamed, sauteed, or eaten raw in salads.
*Southern favorite great for cooking or in salads
*Vigorous growth
*Prefers full sun/partial shade
Plant your mustard seeds in full or partial sun, 6 inches apart. Mustard greens need plenty of water to thrive, so keep the soil moist. For Spring planting, sow seeds outside 3 weeks before the last frost date. For fall harvest, plant the seeds in mid-late Summer. Mustard greens are a cool-season crop and therefore don’t do well during the heat of summer.
